Next Generation Youth Karate (Ages 7-13)

 AFTER SCHOOL YOUTH

        Monday through Friday 3:30 - 5:30 p.m.
        

EVENING YOUTH

        Beginners - Tuesday 5:30 - 6:20 p.m.
        Advanced - Tuesday 6:30 - 7:20 p.m.
        Beginners and Advanced - Thursday 5:30 - 6:20 p.m.


Ultimate Weapons

         Thursday 6:30 - 7:20 p.m.


Adult Karate & Self Protection

         Tuesday 7:30 - 8:20 p.m.
        Thursday 7:30 - 8:20 p.m.


Lil' Dragons Kid's Karate (ages 4-6)

         Monday 5:30 - 6:00 p.m.
        Wednesday 6:00 - 6:30 p.m.


Sport Grappling (all ages)

         Wednesday 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.


Women's Combat Fitness (women only)

       Monday 6:00 - 6:50 p.m.


Private Lessons (call for pricing)

          Whether you want to catch up or just get ahead, private lessons are a great way to do it.
         Available upon request & scheduled in advance.
         Group rates are available & can be taught at your site.
         Private lessons are available for any age group on any subject.
